How should I send a package in for warranty?
We always recommend that all customers send their packages in with some sort of traceable or insurable carrier. Oakley cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Telesales is your point of contact if you are interested in purchasing a product and you want to learn more about the product before you make your final purchase. Telesales can assist you with your questions and place the order for you.

Customer Care is for all inquiries about a previous purchase, order status, warranty claims and general information.
